Trofie is a spiral-shaped pasta that is native to Liguria and is a perfect match for pesto. The ribbed spirals are shaped to pick up pesto's fine consistency, resulting in bite after bite of delicious authenticity. We use only fresh Italian basil, garlic, olive oil and pine nuts to make our pesto. Trofie basil pesto makes a perfect dish for lunch or dinner. You can also choose the vegan option.

Order before 1 pm from Monday to Thursday to receive your pasta box the next day. All orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will automatically be dispatched on Monday and you will receive your box on Tuesday
Pasta: All purpose flour, Semola, Water.
Sauce: Olive oil, fresh basil, Parmesan cheese, Pecorino cheese, Garlic and salt
Toppings: Sundried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and Pine nuts

Bring a pan of salted water to boil.
Add pasta and cook for five minutes stirring occasionally.
Heat a pan with two tablespoons of pasta water and add pesto.
Stir together to separate the pesto for 1 minute.
Add cooked pasta to the pesto and stir together.
Add grated parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and serve.
