Pappardelle Duck Ragu

Cooking Instructions:

  • Bring a pan of salted water to boil. 
  • Add pasta and cook for five minutes stirring occasionally. 
  • Heat a separate pan with one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. 
  • Tear open the sauce and pour into a pan on medium heat. 
  • Add three tablespoons of water from boiling pasta to the sauce.
  •  Stir well together for two minutes. 
  • Add cooked pasta to the sauce. 
  • Add provolone and crispy speck Enjoy while it's hot!
