Pappardelle Duck Ragu
- Bring a pan of salted water to boil.
- Add pasta and cook for five minutes stirring occasionally.
- Heat a separate pan with one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- Tear open the sauce and pour into a pan on medium heat.
- Add three tablespoons of water from boiling pasta to the sauce.
- Stir well together for two minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce.
- Add provolone and crispy speck Enjoy while it's hot!
