Black Truffle Tagliolini
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
- Add pasta and cook for five minutes stirring occasionally until al dente (cooked to perfection).
- Warm pan on a light heat.
- Add sauce gently stir until creamy.
- When pasta is ready add to sauce and stir.
- Serve pasta on a plate and top with truffle shavings and enjoy!
